Douglas Young-Koontz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Global Hospitality Support at Infor since July 2008. In this role, Douglas leads the hospitality solutions support team, having previously held positions as Director and Senior Director of Global Support. Prior to joining Infor, Douglas held the position of Vice President of Technology at Morgans Hotel Group from March 2006 to February 2008 and served as Director of Technology at Combest during the same period.
