Saul Caganoff is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently a Principal at Deloitte Australia, Saul leads the Platform Engineering business unit, focusing on harnessing new technologies to enhance business agility and innovation. Additional roles include Editor for InfoQ, CTO at Sixtree, SmartGrid Architect and Integration Architect for Ausgrid, Director of Emerging Technologies at TIBCO Software, and Principal Architect at Fourth Dimension Interactive. Saul's early career includes work as an Independent Consultant and Software Architect at SpatialInfo, as well as a Research Scientist at Johns Hopkins University, contributing to the Hubble Space Telescope project. Saul holds a PhD in Astrophysics from The Australian National University and a BSc (Hons) in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Sydney.
