Scott Margason has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries. Scott served as the Executive Vice President - Client Success at Infopro Learning, Inc from December 2015. In 2017, they joined People Programs Group as Leadership & Development coach for executives in different industries. Scott also founded M Source LLC in 2015, providing leadership, learning, and outsourcing consulting services to organizations. Margason co-founded UniSkript Research & Literacy Institute in 2015, where they led strategic and business planning. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at The Training Associates, leading various departments. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director, Client Delivery at ServiceSource and held various roles at Accenture, focusing on technology innovation, IT and procurement outsourcing services, and learning services. Scott started their career as an Assistant to the Executive Dean at Semester At Sea / ISE, where they coordinated operations during voyages.

Scott Margason obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Denver, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1981 to 1983.
