Kartika Setyawati has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as PCS 7 at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan since July 2024, Kartika previously worked as a Social Media Analyst at PT. Pegadaian from October 2020 to June 2024, where a data-driven approach was utilized to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Additionally, Kartika held the position of Quality Control Officer at PT. Pegadaian, focusing on monitoring customer service performance. A brief tenure as the Secretary to the Director at PT. Buana Mitra Bahari, a mining company, occurred in October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Secretary at The Intelligence & Security Agency of the Indonesian National Police Headquarter from January 2017 to September 2019, providing support to the Head of Planning Bureau. Kartika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta, completed in 2020.
