Ikhsan Syahrul is an experienced professional in the contact center and business solutions industry, currently serving as Executive Business Solution at PT. Infomedia Nusantara since February 2024. Previously, Ikhsan held multiple leadership positions at the same company, including VP Operation for Enterprise Banking & Finance Contact Center, where management of contact center operations for the banking and finance sectors was a key focus, and VP Project Management, overseeing project teams and resource delivery. Ikhsan also has extensive experience in sales and operations for various industries, including manufacturing and healthcare during a tenure as GM Sales Enterprise. With a solid foundation in civil engineering, holding advanced degrees from the University of Liverpool and BINUS University, Ikhsan's career began in engineering and web management before transitioning into management roles in contact center operations and business development.
