Manika Arora is a Senior Manager - Delivery at Infollion Research Services, leading operations in the life sciences, logistics, and education domains since November 2012. Previously, in the role of Manager - Life Sciences, Manika oversaw project deliverables in healthcare services and pharmaceuticals, among others. As a Client Account Manager, engagement with national and international clients, including private equity and management consulting firms, was a key responsibility, along with managing a team of research analysts. Earlier experience includes a project at ING Vysya Bank, focusing on retail banking operations through the comparison of savings accounts.
