John Surette has a diverse work experience in the technical and administrative fields. John started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Register.com, where they provided support to clients for technical and billing issues. John then became a Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist, acting as a subject matter expert for staff and handling service questions.

In 2005, they joined CSC Corporate Domains as a Domain Name Server (DNS) Specialist and Team Lead. John supported corporate clients worldwide and provided 24/7 on-call support for critical clients. John also supported sales representatives in opening new accounts and offering new services.

After that, in 2015, John joined InfoDesk as a Technical Coordinator, responsible for quality control processes, regression testing, and creating technical documents and training materials for customers. John served in this role until 2018.

At InfoDesk, they advanced to the position of Senior Project Administrator in 2018. In this role, they oversee a team of editorial content managers, ensures consistent content production aligned with editorial strategy and guidelines, and improves workflows to increase productivity and maintain quality standards.
