Geoff Rimshas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Geoff is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at InFocus Eyecare since April 2022. Prior to that, in January 2022, they co-founded Acuity Business Advantage, where they provided support and advantages to small business owners. As a co-founder, they assisted with business setup, web design, marketing, social media management, logo design, operations and workflow review, and e-commerce platforms until June 2022.

In 2021, Geoff owned and operated GPR Enterprises from December 2021 to June 2022. Before that, from July 2019 to December 2021, they worked as the Regional Director of Operations at West Point Optical. From September 2017 to July 2019, they served as a Branch Manager at Citizens Bank.

Geoff's experience also includes Regional General Manager at Lenscrafters from July 2013 to May 2017. Geoff worked at Luxottica as a Regional Team Lead for Target Optical from August 2011 to June 2013 and as a Regional Sales Manager for Sears Optical from an unspecified period to September 2011.

Lastly, they have held management positions at Pearle Vision. Geoff served as a Store Manager from an unspecified period to 2009 and as a LASIK Director at Pearle Vision LASIK Center from an unspecified period to 2009.
