Nicola Macca has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in solution design and enterprise architecture. Since February 2013, Nicola has served as Head of Solution Design at InfoCert - Tinexta Group, focusing on enhancing customer care experiences. Prior roles include Head of Enterprise Architecture, where Nicola introduced comprehensive mapping of company assets, and Head of DEVOPS, implementing the SCRUM agile framework. Nicola's expertise also encompasses asset management, including core digital services like PKI and digital signatures, and previously coordinated a team for the Long Time Preservation Storage system. Earlier career experiences include project management at InfoCamere, software engineering, and software development roles. Nicola holds degrees in IT Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and a managerial qualification from The European House Ambrosetti.
