Douglas Carabe is an experienced professional in IT operations and sales enablement, currently serving as Content & Program Lead for Sales Enablement at Infoblox since September 2019. Prior to this role, Douglas had a long tenure at CA Technologies, where positions included Director of IT Operations, Senior IT Operations Specialist, Director of Corporate Integration, Relationship Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager/Designer for the Consumer Group. Throughout these roles, Douglas has demonstrated a strong ability to lead global communication initiatives, enhance employee engagement through multimedia campaigns, and manage change in large-scale IT projects. Earlier in Douglas's career, teaching at the Hendriks Institute as an Instructor in Graphic/Web Design showcased the ability to inspire and educate students in design and technology.
