Karla Cristina Palomino Zuluaga is a highly experienced quality engineer with a strong background in test strategy development, requirement analysis, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Quality Engineer (Lead) at Infobip since January 2023, Karla oversees a team of quality engineers and automation testers while focusing on testing process improvements and mentoring new team members. Previous roles include Senior Quality Engineer and QA Lead at Astound Commerce, where responsibilities included coaching QA newcomers, conducting internal trainings, and executing various types of testing for major clients like Skechers. With a solid academic foundation, holding both MSc and BS degrees in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Karla also has significant experience in freelance quality analysis, knowledge management, and project coordination across multiple international environments.
