Katie Klebba has held various positions in their career. Katie began as a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings in 2002. In 2013, they joined Thomas Medical Inc. as an Account Manager, where they proactively communicated with health professionals to maintain a high level of service while identifying new business opportunities. Katie then became the Customer Service Supervisor at Thomas Medical Inc., where they oversaw day to day operations of a team and interacted daily with shipping and production to ensure product was on time. In 2022, they joined InfoBionic, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager.

Katie Klebba received their Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2008. Katie also holds certifications from the Management & Strategy Institute, LinkedIn, the Indiana Real Estate Commission, and the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. These certifications include Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC), Presenting Technical Information with Stories, Sales: Develop a Service Orientation, and Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent.
