Sara Arnone has extensive expertise in education and scientific communication, currently serving in the Education and Scientific Divulgation Office at INFN - LNF since January 2017, where responsibilities include promoting scientific culture and organizing events. Previously, Sara worked with Associazione Frascati Scienza as a WP Leader for Impact Assessment on the "European Researchers' Night" project, overseeing evaluations through questionnaire analysis. Experience as a Work and Organizational Psychologist at Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare involved developing a human resource management model and studying competency frameworks. Earlier roles include Knowledge Community Manager at HRCommunity Academy, focusing on knowledge management in HR, and an internship in the HR function at ERG Petroli Spa, where recruitment and evaluation systems were developed. Sara holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
