Julio Santos is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as EVP Engineering at Influur since April 2024 and Executive Coach at ducklink since May 2023, Julio provides expertise in recruiting engineering leaders and coaching CTOs and VPEs. Previously, as Head of Technology at Nubank from May 2020 to April 2023, Julio led the company's international expansion efforts. In earlier roles at GoDaddy, Julio held various positions including Director of Engineering and Principal Software Engineer, where significant improvements in system availability and product development practices were achieved.
