Jessica Banner, MS, is a professional pastoral counselor at Influencers Church since August 2018, specializing in trauma counseling for children, adolescents, and adults utilizing the Bridgehead Trauma Resolution System. As Assistant Director, Jessica co-developed the counseling department, including policies, curricula, and training programs, while also providing counseling support to church staff and leadership. Jessica serves as a Wellness Wednesday Panel Member for the Georgia Christian Business Network, focusing on the intersection of spiritual development and mental health. Additionally, Jessica is a consultant and co-developer at BDA Development Ministries, where Jessica contributes to trauma-informed leadership training. Prior experience includes roles at Peachford Behavioral Health as Lead Therapist and various positions in educational settings, complemented by a Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
