Neil Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades in the gaming industry. Neil is currently serving as the Art Director & Head of Audio at Inflexion Games since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Improbable from August 2018 until December 2021, where they held the role of Art Director & Senior Development Lead. Neil also served as the Director of Art & Animation at BioWare from March 2011 to June 2018. Neil has held various positions at different studios, including Studio Art Director at Bizarre Creations from September 2009 to March 2011, Studio Art Director at SCEE from October 2007 to September 2009, and Art Director at SCEE from April 2003 to October 2007. Neil began their career as a Lead Artist at Psygnosis Liverpool Studio in 1990 and worked there until 1997. Neil's earlier roles include being an Artist at M.C.Lothlorien Ltd from 1988 to 1990 and an Artist at Icon Design Ltd from 1987 to 1988. Before entering the gaming industry, they worked as an Art Director at Psygnosis Manchester Studio from 1997 to 1998. Neil Thompson also has experience as a Director at Curly Monsters Limited from October 1998 to February 2003.
