Sam Taylor is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in embedded systems, software development, and digital signal processing. Currently serving as a Senior Embedded Engineer at ColdQuanta since May 2022, Sam previously held the role of Senior Engineer at Colorado Engineering, Inc., where notable achievements included the design and implementation of embedded software for power management and high-speed data routing using FPGA technology. Additional roles include Senior Product Development Engineer at Navistar Inc., where expertise in digital signal processing and product validation was applied, as well as software engineering experience and teaching at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Sam holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
