Ružica Martinović is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment, having held roles such as Talent Partner and Recruitment Specialist at Infinum since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ericsson and as a Recruitment Consultant at SmartFlex Croatia. Ružica started in the recruitment field as an Assistant and also gained experience as a Call Center Agent at Euroherc osiguranje d.d. between 2013 and 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both obtained from the University of Zagreb.
