Matt Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at INFINITI HR since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TriNet from 2013 to 2022, primarily as a Regional Sales Consultant. Matt was recognized for their outstanding performance and received the President's Club Award in 2015. From 2017 to 2018, Matt served as a Human Resources Payroll Consultant at Heartland Payroll Solutions. Matt started their career at Paychex in 2009 as a Sr. Payroll Consultant and also worked as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Insight Global from 2008 to 2009, where they handled sales calls and recruited professionals for Fortune 500 companies.

Matt Gutierrez attended Fort Lewis College from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration.
