Priyanka Tandon has over 14 years of work experience in various organizations. Priyanka is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Infinite Locus since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant for multiple organizations from April 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they held the position of Head of Compensation, Benefits, and PMS at Piramal Enterprises Limited from May 2013 to November 2016. Priyanka also worked as Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Reliance Power Ltd. from August 2010 to April 2013. Additionally, they served as Assistant Manager of HR at Indus Towers Ltd. from April 2009 to August 2010. Priyanka started their career as a Summer Trainee at PepsiCo India in April 2008.

Priyanka obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they gained a deep understanding of HR practices and strategies.
