Ameesha Chaudhary began their work experience as a Human Resources Intern at Persistent Systems in June 2021. Ameesha worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where their responsibilities included analyzing job descriptions and assisting clients in finding ideal candidates through various sources.

In 2022, Ameesha joined Gemini Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Trainee. In this role, they were responsible for effectively implementing and administering the entire employee life cycle process. Ameesha also handled the hiring of different IT skills.
