Paul Opela has extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Paul currently holds the position of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at IGI Cybersecurity, where they started in August 2021.

Prior to their current role, Paul spent over six years at FTT Manufacturing, starting in October 2015 as a Controller. Before joining Calero Software, Paul worked at Myers Community Hospital as a Staff Accountant from January 1992 to January 1993, where they maintained the general ledger and prepared financial statements, and at Cohoes Savings Bank as a Staff Accountant from December 1990 to December 1991, where they compiled financial statements and assisted in the preparation of the bank's annual budget.

Paul Opela earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Corporate Accounting and Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
