Rakesh Basavaraju has extensive experience in IT and systems engineering, currently serving as a System Engineer at Infinite Computer Solutions since April 2019, where responsibilities include monitoring and managing jobs using IBM Workload Automation and BMS Control-M. Prior to this role, Rakesh held a position as an Incident Manager at IBM from February 2017 to April 2019, utilizing Maximo and TSRM tools for incident management. Rakesh began the career as a Test Engineer at Edfo Global Services Pvt Ltd from January 2015 to January 2016. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Chamarajanagara, completed in 2014.
