Victor Brouwer has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Victor began their career in 1997 at Wolters Kluwer, where they held the roles of Program Manager and SAP Program Manager. In 2008, they moved to Infinitas Learning, where they became Program Manager Infinitas Learning. Victor has been with Noordhoff Uitgevers BV since 2013, where they currently serve as IT (Program) Manager.

Victor Brouwer attended Nyenrode Business University from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration.
