Hanna Jochmann has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies. Hanna began their career in 2000 as an Administratief Medewerker at Modus Vivendi BV. In 2005, they became a Junior Researcher at Universiteit Utrecht, where they conducted expertevaluaties and gebruikersonderzoek. In 2006, they became an Advisor Digital Products & Services at the Municipality of The Hague. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Researcher PhD Student at the University of Twente. From 2013 to 2022, they were a Customer Success Manager, Operations Manager, and Expert User & Customer Experience at Wizenoze. Finally, in 2022, they became a Senior Technology Consultant - LX (Learning Experience) at Infinitas Learning Holding B.V. Additionally, they taught a Bachelorcursus "Samenhang in tekst en discourse" at Utrecht University from February to April 2013 and supervised masterstages from May to September 2013.
Hanna Jochmann began their education at Comenius College, Capelle aan den IJssel, where they obtained their Gymnasium degree in 2001. Hanna then attended Utrecht University, where they earned a Bachelor degree in Communication and Information Studies in 2004, followed by a Master of Arts in Communication Studies in 2005. In 2008, they moved to the University of Twente, where they obtained their PhD in Human Media Interaction in 2013. Additionally, in March 2022, they completed the Selling Service Design with Confidence program at Service Design Show.
