As a Junior Banking Onboarding , you will play a crucial role in growing our European business and optimizing our operations. Your contributions will directly impact verification, compliance, internal team support, customer satisfaction, and scalability. Here's how you'll make a difference:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Banking Onboarding: Lead and closely monitor the entire bankink onboarding process to ensure clients have a smooth and satisfying experience from start to activation.
  • Perform KYB reviews and Communicate with Stakeholders: Evaluate credit applications from a compliance, documentation, and risk (KYB, KYC and AML) perspective, and collaborate with Sales teams, Country Managers, Customer Success Managers, banking partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Handle Operational Tasks Leading to Customer Activation: Prepare contracts, set up bank accounts in our Infinit system, and complete all necessary steps to activate services for our customers.

Continuous Improvement

  • Enhance the Customer Onboarding Journey: Identify and implement solutions to streamline the onboarding process, such as reducing onboarding time through automation and digital tools, to enhance customer satisfaction and operational scalability.
  • Develop Operational Automations Using No-Code Tools: Use platforms like Make or Airtableto to automate processes, increasing efficiency and freeing up time for strategic tasks.
  • Update Analytical Dashboards: Improve and maintain dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Management team.

  • You are passionate about fintech and finance, eager to contribute to a fast-growing startup.
  • Interested in finance, comfortable reading balance sheets and P&Ls.
  • You are familiar with compliance, KYB/KYC, and AML concepts, have a detail-oriented approach to your work and you are very rigorous.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, adapt easily to change, and bring fresh ideas to make a meaningful impact.
  • Strong communication skills and follow-through are part of your work style. You are organized, dependable, and responsive.
  • You are self-motivated, results-driven, and humble in your approach.
  • Fluency in English and French is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Airtable, Make, Notion, HubSpot, and Excel is beneficial, but your eagerness to learn and grow is the most important trait.
