Jesse Mauel has held a variety of roles in the customer service industry since 2006. Jesse began their career as a Customer Care Supervisor for The Leadership Centre Willow Creek Canada in 2006. In 2012, they took on the role of Team Scheduler for Gentiva Health Services and Contact Center Manager for People to People Ambassador Programs. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as Senior Manager, Customer Care for Merchant e-Solutions, and then as Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager for Infinicept.
Jesse Mauel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Whitworth University between 2012 and 2014.
