Sylvain Sevel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in applications marketing and product management within the IoT sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Applications Marketing at Infineon Technologies since August 2021, Sylvain leads marketing initiatives for Smart Home, Health & Fitness segments. Prior experience includes key roles at NXP Semiconductors, where Sylvain oversaw Wi-Fi and Bluetooth marketing and led the Wireless Applications Engineering organization, as well as directing the Smart Home product line. Sylvain also held a director position at ZigBee Alliance and various engineering and product management roles at Texas Instruments and Atmel Corporation. Sylvain holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from INSA Rennes, obtained in 2001.
