Rocio Zavaleta Solorzano has extensive work experience in various roles related to agile coaching, business analysis, scrum mastering, and UI/UX design. Rocio currently works as an Agile Coach and Business Analyst at infinant Inc. starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Scrum Master at Real Plaza starting in March 2020 and ending in September 2021.

Before that, Rocio worked as an Information Technology Business Analyst at Globant from September 2019 to March 2020. Rocio also held the position of IT Business Analyst & UI/UX Designer at Infosys from February 2019 to September 2019.

Rocio's earlier experience includes working at Verizon Business as an IT Business Analyst & UI/UX Designer from December 2015 to February 2019. Rocio was responsible for end-to-end system analysis and design, UI/UX design, and creating requirements for web and mobile applications.

Rocio also worked at Axcess Financial as a Programming Analyst from December 2013 to December 2015, where they were involved in the design, development, and implementation of electronic banking portals and e-commerce platforms.

Rocio started their career at GMD - Grupo Graña y Montero as an Analista Programador from June 2011 to December 2013. There, they developed software for finance administration, integrated systems for the National Ministry of Finance and Economics, and distributed Java applications.

Throughout their work experience, Rocio has demonstrated skills in Agile methodologies, business analysis, UI/UX design, and software development using various technologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, Axure RP, MVC, and BPMN.

Rocio Zavaleta Solorzano completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 2015 to 2016, they attended CENTRUM PUCP and obtained a Diploma in Business Analytics and Information Management, specializing in Information and Communication Technology (TIC).

In 2014, they studied at Universidad Tecnológica del Perú and received a professional degree in Systems Engineering and Computer Science.

Between 2008 and 2012, they attended Universidad Tecnológica del Perú and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Systems Engineering.

In 2010, they pursued a Java Developer program at Sistemas UNI.

From 2001 to 2007, they studied at the ICPNA, where they completed their education with a degree in English Language Teaching, focusing on Pronunciation, Grammar, Oral Communication Skills, and Practice.

Additionally, Rocio Zavaleta Solorzano has obtained various certifications in their career. These include becoming a Certified Kanban Facilitator Professional from the Global Trust Association in May of 2021, Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance in August 2018, Agile Product Owner, Agile Scrum Master, and ITIL Foundations from EXIN your ICT competence partner. Rocio has also obtained the SAFe Agilist certification from SAFE.
