Kellie Ileto is a Speech Language Pathologist with experience in various roles. In 2008, they worked as an intern at the Mary Cariola Children's Center and the Developmental Disabilities Service Office. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Research Assistant and Early Interventionist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, where they conducted research on early detection of Autism and worked as a lead teacher in an early intervention classroom. Kellie then pursued a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology at George Washington University from 2013 to 2016, during which they also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant. After completing their degree, they joined Montgomery County Public Schools in 2016 as an SLP-CCC /Auditory Communication Specialist, providing speech and language services to children with hearing loss. Kellie worked at this position until 2021. In 2017, Kellie also worked as a Beertender at 7 Locks Brewing. In 2020, they held roles as a Beertender at SAINTS ROW BREWING CO. LTD. and as a Content Manager at InferCabulary. Currently, they are a Speech Language Pathologist at the Flathead Special Education Cooperative. At Communication Aptitude Inc., they worked as a Speech Language Pathologist from 2021 to 2022.

Kellie Ileto obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Kellie then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Special Education with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders from The Johns Hopkins University, completing the program between 2010 and 2012. Following this, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from The George Washington University, attending from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Kellie Ileto has acquired several certifications. Kellie obtained the Level 1 Cicerone certification from the Cicerone® Certification Program in April 2018. Kellie holds the Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist certification from Evergreen Certifications, acquired in May 2023. Kellie Ileto also possesses the Speech-Language Pathology - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), obtained in December 2022.
