Salandra Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development at the Infectious Diseases Society of America since October 2016, Salandra oversees key functions related to talent management, diversity, inclusion, and equity strategies. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, where Salandra managed all HR functions, and CEO at GetMoreWisdom. Additionally, Salandra has a solid background in employee relations from the time spent as Employee Relations Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
