Dana Wollins currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at the Infectious Diseases Society of America, where responsibilities include formulating and executing strategic priorities and overseeing key departments to enhance care quality and workforce development. Prior to this role, Dana held the position of Vice President at IDSA, leading initiatives to promote the value of infectious disease physicians and overseeing payment policy and clinical practice guidelines. Dana's extensive background also includes significant roles at the American Society of Clinical Oncology, where leadership spanned various divisions focused on health policy, quality of care, and education, alongside previous research and writing positions in multiple health organizations. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, a Master of Genetic Counseling, and a Doctor of Public Health.
