Faith (Gile) Stearns has a diverse work experience. Faith started their career in 2007 as a Transportation Sales Representative at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. In 2011, they transitioned to Superior Mechanical Systems, Inc. where they worked as an Accounts Receivable/Marketing Manager until 2013. After that, they joined Newton-Conover City Schools as an Occupational Therapist from December 2015 to July 2016. Faith then worked at Carolinas HealthCare System as an Occupational Therapist from September 2015 to March 2019. In 2018, they joined Novant Health as an Occupational Therapist. More recently, Faith became a Certified ISR Instructor at Infant Swimming Resource in July 2019.

Faith (Gile) Stearns earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications with a minor in Spanish from the University of Iowa, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Faith'sfield of study during this time was Occupational Therapy/Therapist.
