Lola Odunsi

Enterprise Account Project Manager at InEvent

Lola Odunsi has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 with Visafone Communications Limited, where they worked in customer service and maintained profitable relationships with customers. Lola then joined Comet in 2011 as a customer advisor, focused on recalling faulty BEKO products and providing excellent customer service. In 2012, they worked at British Gas as part of the customer service operations and billing department, where they resolved customer queries and monitored sales performance. Lola also worked at The Civic Centre during this time, handling business development, sales, and client relationship management, including research, strategy development, and complaint resolution.

In 2014, Lola joined Orlean Invest Africa as a business development sales supervisor, working on the Eko Energy Estate project and generating new leads, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying customer needs. Lola then transitioned to Digital Bananas Technology in 2017 as a business analyst, responsible for analyzing business processes and recommending improvements.

In 2018, they joined Venture Garden Group as a senior business analyst, focusing on research and product development. Lola then moved to Jumia Nigeria in 2019 as a CXP project manager operations, overseeing project management operations. Currently, in 2022, they are working as an enterprise account project manager at InEvent.

Lola Odunsi completed a Complete Product Management Training Workshop and received a Certificate of Completion from ProductDive in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Management from the University of Hull and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Lagos. In terms of additional certifications, Lola obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Udemy in June 2019, a Master Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving certification from Udemy in May 2019, an Introduction to Business Process Modeling certification from Udemy in December 2018, and a Customer Analytics certification from the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera Course Certificates in November 2016.
