Aneta Koleva is a Technical Consultant at Do IT Wise, a ServiceNow Elite Partner acquired by Inetum in February 2023, with prior experience as an Integration Architect at DXC Technology from April 2017 to February 2023. Aneta has developed expertise in ITSM processes and tools, managing integrations between HPSM and ServiceNow, and has served in various roles, including Portal and Service Request Management Specialist and Interface Case Exchange Implementation Lead. Previous experience includes a Client Implementation Analyst role at Experian and an IT Project Specialist role at Vinprom Peshtera, where Aneta coordinated IT projects. Aneta holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Informatics and Marketing from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski," complemented by a high school diploma in Foreign Languages.
