Adam Tijerina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and event management. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Everyday Epic LLC and an Independent Consultant at MagicMakers® Group, Adam focuses on creating exceptional experiences and effective collaboration. Previously, Adam held the role of Corporate Director of Operations at Great Wolf Lodge, where responsibilities included leading high-volume attractions and entertainment departments across the U.S., as well as overseeing director-level team members and full P&L management. Notable earlier positions include Director of Retail, Attractions, and Entertainment at Great Wolf Lodge and various roles at Walt Disney World, where Adam demonstrated leadership in retail strategy planning and guest service management. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stetson University.
