Yiannis Fitsakis is an experienced risk management professional with a robust background in managing complex projects across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Risk Manager for the INEOS project ONE since February 2021, Yiannis previously held the position of Risk Management Lead at BP, overseeing risk management for high-value projects with a combined CAPEX exceeding $40 billion. Early career roles include coordinating risk management at KPO and Agip KCO, as well as senior analyst responsibilities at Kellogg Brown & Root. Yiannis' expertise was further developed at Risk Decisions Ltd, where leadership in consultancy and product development was noted. Academically, Yiannis holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, an MSc in Construction Management from the University of Reading, and dual MSc and BSc degrees in Hydraulic Engineering and Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
