Giuliano Hippertt is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Petrobras Europe, Giuliano managed HR and administrative functions, influencing decision-making through data-driven insights and optimizing budget performance, while also implementing change management strategies. Giuliano's educational background includes advanced degrees in Management Systems and Business Administration from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a specialization in Economics Framework of Refining from IFP School.
