Edgar Zwanink has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Edgar started their career in 1996 as an HR Consultant at Bleijko and later served as a District Manager at Vebego International B.V. In 2000, they worked as an Interim HR Consultant at Schipper Accountants. From 2002 to 2007, Edgar was the Human Resources Manager and Manager Compensation & Benefits at Cosun Beet Company. Edgar then joined INEOS in 2007 and held various HR positions, including Global HR Director for INEOS Styrolution and INEOS Aromatics, Human Resources Director for EMEA Styrolution, and Global HR Director for INEOS ABS. Overall, Edgar Zwanink has demonstrated a strong background in HR management and has gained valuable experience throughout their career.

Edgar Zwanink holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Avans University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Edgar then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of the West of England from 1995 to 1996.
