Shauna Holdsworth

Client Engagement Manager at Inenco Group

Shauna Holdsworth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shauna began their career in 2006 as a Bar Staff at The Queens Hotel and worked there until 2010. From 2008 to 2010, they also worked as an Administrator at The Life Channel. In 2011, they joined G A ENGINEERING (NORTH WEST) LIMITED as a Sales Administrator and stayed until 2015. In 2016, Shauna joined Althams Butchers as a Customer Support Administrator and worked there until 2019.

Since 2019, Shauna has been employed at Inenco Group. Shauna started as a Client Services employee and held this role until 2021. During this time, they served as the main point of contact for a portfolio of different clients, ensuring their queries were resolved and collaborating with other departments. From 2021 to 2022, Shauna worked as a Lead Client Service Advisor, managing relationships with clients and ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery. Shauna then moved on to become a Client Services Team Lead, where they led a large team to improve SLAs and KPIs for large property portfolios. Currently, Shauna holds the position of Client Engagement Manager at Inenco Group, overseeing the relationship and perception with the company's largest client, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating the risk of loss of instructions across specific client portfolios.

Shauna Holdsworth attended St Bede's RC High School from 1997 to 2001. Shauna did not receive a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Cardinal Newman College in Preston, where they pursued an A level in Visual and Performing Arts.
