Mike Prince has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Mike has held various roles such as a Strategic Account Manager at Inenco Group, a Client Relationship Manager at Omnicell, a Client Services Manager at MAXIMUS, a Service Delivery Manager at Xerox, and a Design and Pre-Press Manager at B & D Print.
As a Strategic Account Manager at Inenco Group, Mike was responsible for managing over 30 national corporate accounts with an annual spend of £120m on their energy requirements. Mike focused on customer retention, developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and managing accounts.
At Omnicell, Mike worked as a Client Relationship Manager, closely working with hospitals to optimize system performance and maximize savings and benefits. Mike played a critical role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring installations set best practice in the healthcare industry.
Prior to that, at MAXIMUS, Mike was a Client Services Manager, providing occupational health managed services to a variety of employers. Mike liaised with doctors and nurses to offer medical guidance, health promotion campaigns, and onsite OH support. Mike was also responsible for handling clinical case queries and ensuring service compliance.
During their tenure at Xerox, Mike held several roles including Service Delivery Manager, Customer Operations Manager, and Contract Manager. As a Service Delivery Manager, they managed service delivery contracts across various client accounts, ensuring excellent service, meeting targets, and identifying new business opportunities. As a Customer Operations Manager, they led a team of service delivery staff and ensured compliance to HR processes. As a Contract Manager, they oversaw the smooth transition of personal desktop devices and prepared performance reports for senior management.
At B & D Print, Mike worked as a Design and Pre-Press Manager, overseeing production processes.
Mike Prince attended Preston College from 1997 to 1999. Mike studied under the National Examining Board of Supervisory Management, but did not earn a specific degree at this institution. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1983, they attended Blackpool and Fylde College of Art and Design and earned a Diploma in Graphic and Exhibition Design.
