Thimila H. Fernando is an experienced software engineering manager currently employed at InEight since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the development of construction project management software that addresses various project challenges throughout all project life cycle stages. Previously, Thimila served as a Product Manager and Senior Analyst Programmer at QA Software Pty Ltd, contributing to information management solutions for the construction and engineering sectors from January 2010 to March 2018, and as an Analyst Programmer focused on software development and client requirements. Thimila's career initiated at HSBC as a Customer Service Executive, supporting client transactions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and a high school diploma in Mathematics from De Mazenod College, Kandana, Sri Lanka.
