Margaux Jones has been working in customer care roles since 2017. Margaux began their career as a Conseiller Client at Orange in 2017, followed by a role as Chargé des relations clientèle at CASDEN Banque Populaire in 2019. In 2021, they moved to Bookinou (by Pimely) as a Customer Care, and is currently working as a Customer Care Specialist at Indy since 2022.
Margaux Jones attended Pôle Alternance & Apprentissage du Groupe IGS Lyon (CIEFA/CFA) from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Baccalauréat in Commerce in 2019 and a BTS NDRC in 2021.
