Manon De Luca has been working in the talent acquisition and recruitment field since 2017. Manon started as a Chargée de Recrutement at SKILLS RH in 2017, and then moved to Groupe KEY CONSULTING as a Tech Recruiter in 2018. In 2019, they joined Meero as a Tech Recruiter, and then moved to MoovOne - by CoachHub as a Talent Acquisition Manager in 2021. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Indy since 2022.

Manon De Luca has a solid educational background. Manon obtained a Licence de droit from the Université catholique de Lyon between 2012 and 2015. Afterward, they pursued a Master 1 in Droit Social at the Institut d'Etudes du Travail de Lyon (IETL) - Lyon 2 from 2015 to 2016. Finally, they completed a Master 2 in Intervention et développement social from the same school in 2017.
