Yana Verstraeten has been working as an Account Advisor at induver since July 2023. Previously, Yana held the position of Medewerker verzekeringen at both Concordia - Vercomo and Bielen Insurance from May 2021 to July 2023 and August 2018 to May 2021, respectively. Initial professional experiences include roles as a Jobstudent at Koffiepotje and NMBS, and as Zaalverantwoordelijke at Mosselhuis Roger from 2014 to March 2016. Yana gained foundational experience in customer service at IPG and further developed skills in hospitality and service at Koffiepotje. Yana holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Financial and Insurance Services from Hogeschool PXL, completed between 2016 and 2019.
