Emily Aldridge has worked in the ecommerce industry since 2012. In 2014, they began working at Industry West as an Ecommerce Manager. In this role, they managed the internal web team on daily tasks and projects, and acted as the company's main point of contact for all third-party partners in SEO, web development, web optimization, and iPasS systems. Emily was also responsible for administering the company-wide ERP system, Google accounts, web platform, and assets storage, as well as seeking and implementing improvements to raise AOV and CRO.
In 2016, Emily was promoted to E-commerce Operations Manager, where they managed the web team with daily tasks of site maintenance, and was proficient in all digital tech platforms. Emily also oversaw all product pricing, product releases, product feeds, and large projects for web optimization.
In 2017, Emily was promoted again to E-commerce Technical and Content Lead, where they managed and organized company wide digital assets, curated the web catalog, and planned, wrote, edited and uploaded copy, data and imagery to the web platform.
In 2018, Emily was promoted one last time to Customer Experience, where they answered sales calls and emails, and placed orders and processed returns.
Prior to their work at Industry West, Emily worked at Urban Outfitters as a Visual Merchandising Team Leader from 2012 to 2014.
Emily Aldridge has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Flagler College in Fine and Studio Arts. Emily also obtained a Level 3: IO Certified certification from Celigo in October 2022.
