Anne England has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2010. Anne began their career as Minister to Students at Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church in 2010. In 2011, they became Co-Founder of Industry West and was later appointed President of Social Responsibility. In this role, they work with nonprofits around the country to help them bring inspiration to their offices. Anne has supported groups dealing in the arts, juvenile and family services, and entrepreneurialism.

Anne England completed their Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Baylor University in 2001. Anne then went on to pursue a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) at Emory University, which they completed in 2003.
