Member Experience Manager at Industrious

Simon Ku has extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Member Experience Manager and previously as an Operations Associate at Industrious since December 2018, Simon has developed a strong foundation in operations and member relations. Prior experience includes working at Barbara Lynch Gruppo Inc as a member of the Menton team and training in various roles at Ocean Properties Ltd., UMass Catering, and in student mentorship at UMass ResLife. Early career roles include experience in customer service and management at establishments like Boston Harbor Hotel and Japonaise Bakery and Cafe. Simon Ku holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
