Stephanie Rivera is a Research and Development Analyst at Industrias Tajin since December 2022, focusing on the design and production of new prototypes for the renowned chile TajÃn products. Previously, Stephanie held a Research and Development Intern position at The Hershey Company, contributing to the development of spicy formulas and supporting production start-ups. Stephanie also worked at NUTRIYÉ as a Research and Development professional, where responsibilities included formulation development and shelf life analysis, while leading projects. Early in their career, Stephanie served as a Research Assistant at CIATEJ, working on a project involving the development of a cocoa mucilage beer. Stephanie holds a degree in Food Engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Digital Marketing and Customer Analytics.
