Juan Guerrero has extensive experience in operations and maintenance management, currently serving as Gerente de operaciones at Envases since July 2004, and simultaneously as Gerente de Mantenimiento at Industrias Plásticas NYC since June 2018. Additionally, Juan holds a position as Jefe de mantenimiento at Maquitec since July 2017 and previously worked as Jefe de Mantenimiento y Operaciones at ENVASES UNIVERSALES DE MEXICO from March 2019 to March 2023. Earlier career experience includes a role as Supervisor de producción at Fábricas Monterrey from August 2002 to June 2004. Juan holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Universidad TecMilenio Mazatlán and a degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance from Universidad Interamericana del Norte. Furthermore, Juan completed a Diplomatic program in Administrative Tools at Canacintra Mazatlán in 2016.
